Return and Refund Policy

Returns

You may request a return within 5 calendar days after receiving your order.

To request a return, please contact us at jimmy@jestheticmed.com and provide your order number, reason for return, and photos or videos showing the condition of the product.

Please do not send any product back before receiving return instructions and authorization from us. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

Opened or used beauty equipment, accessories, and consumable products may be submitted for return, subject to inspection and approval.

The product must be returned with all original accessories, manuals, packaging, gifts, and other included items. Products that are excessively used, damaged through misuse, altered, missing parts, or returned in a materially different condition may be refused or may receive a reduced refund.

Non-Quality-Related Returns

For returns that are not caused by a product defect, shipping error, or damage during delivery:

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• The customer is responsible for securely packaging and returning the product using a trackable shipping service.
• Any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or related return costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly at jimmy@jestheticmed.com with your order number and clear photos or videos.

After verification, we may provide a replacement, repair, return label, or refund, depending on the circumstances. We will cover reasonable return shipping costs for approved claims involving defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

If a returned product is incomplete, excessively used, damaged, altered, or missing accessories, we reserve the right to reduce or refuse the refund where permitted by law.

Order Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Orders may be canceled for a full refund before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it must follow the return procedure described above.

Delivery Delays and Undelivered Orders

60-Day Buyer Protection

If your order has not been delivered within 60 calendar days after shipment, please contact us. After reviewing the tracking information and confirming that the delay was not caused by an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, unpaid customs charges, or failure to complete customs clearance, we will offer a replacement or full refund.

This 60-day protection does not limit any earlier cancellation or refund rights provided by applicable law. If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will notify you and provide the option to accept the delay or cancel the order for a full refund.

If we cannot ship your order within the stated processing period, we will notify you and provide a revised estimated shipping date. You may choose to accept the delay or cancel the order for a full refund.

We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, the recipient’s absence, unpaid customs charges, or failure to complete customs clearance. We will assist with available carrier information and claims where possible.
