SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS, PROFESSIONAL EQUIPMENT, AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products accurately. However, colors, finishes, dimensions, packaging, accessories, software interfaces, and product appearance may vary slightly from images or descriptions because of manufacturing updates, lighting, screen settings, regional configurations, or other factors.
Product descriptions, specifications, prices, availability, included accessories, and other information may be corrected or changed without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities by customer, order, geographic region, or jurisdiction.
Certain products sold through our store are professional beauty, aesthetic, wellness, or related equipment. Customers are responsible for determining whether purchase, possession, installation, importation, operation, advertising, or use of a product is lawful in their jurisdiction.
Purchasers and operators are responsible for:

• Reading and following product manuals, warnings, maintenance instructions, and safety guidance;
• Obtaining any training, certification, supervision, or authorization required for operation;

SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including product availability, suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, payment issues, shipping restrictions, legal or regulatory concerns, or inability to fulfill the order.
An automated order confirmation only confirms that we received your order. An order is accepted when we confirm shipment or otherwise expressly confirm acceptance. Payment must be authorized and processed before an order is fulfilled.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Cancellation requests should be sent as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has been processed or shipped.

SECTION 4 - PRICES, PAYMENTS, TAXES, AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged is the price shown at checkout when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors. Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices exclude shipping, handling, taxes, customs duties, import charges, brokerage fees, installation, and training.
Promotions may have separate terms. If promotional terms conflict with these Terms, the promotional terms control for that promotion.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing, payment, and account information and to update it as necessary. You represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and agree to pay all authorized charges, including applicable taxes, shipping, and fees.
International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, permits, and other destination-country charges unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND RISK OF LOSS
Processing and delivery times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Shipping may be affected by product availability, carrier operations, customs clearance, weather, inspections, address issues, or events outside our reasonable control.
If we cannot ship within the time stated at purchase, or within the period required by applicable law, we will provide notice and, where required, a revised estimate and an opportunity to accept the delay or cancel for a refund.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, responding to carrier communications, paying applicable customs charges, and completing required customs procedures.
Risk of loss and title transfer as provided by applicable law and the applicable shipping terms. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

SECTION 6 - INSTALLATION, TRAINING, MAINTENANCE, AND SUPPORT
Unless expressly included in the product listing or a separate written agreement, product prices do not include installation, onsite training, treatment protocols, certification, licensing, maintenance, repairs, replacement consumables, or technical services.
Customers must inspect equipment upon delivery and report visible shipping damage, missing items, or incorrect products promptly. Equipment must be installed, tested, operated, cleaned, and maintained according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Unauthorized modification, improper voltage, incompatible accessories, misuse, inadequate maintenance, accidental damage, operation by untrained persons, or use contrary to instructions may affect eligibility for support, returns, or warranty service.
SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services and their content, including text, graphics, photographs, videos, logos, product names, trademarks, designs, software, layout, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to JestheticmedShop and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Services for lawful purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, display, transmit, scrape, sell, license, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit the Services or their content without prior written permission.
JestheticmedShop names, logos, product names, designs, and slogans are trademarks or trade dress of JestheticmedShop or their respective owners. Shopify names and marks belong to Shopify. No license to use any trademark is granted except as expressly stated.
SECTION 8 - OPTIONAL AND THIRD-PARTY TOOLS
We may provide access to tools, applications, payment services, communications platforms, or other services operated by third parties. We do not control those services and provide access to them "as is" and "as available," without endorsement or warranty.
Your use of third-party tools is at your own discretion and may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss or damage caused by third-party tools or services.

SECTION 10 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
JestheticmedShop is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. However, purchases and sales through our store are transactions directly between you and JestheticmedShop.
Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of a sale between you and JestheticmedShop, including injury, damage, loss, product performance, fulfillment, returns, or refunds. To the extent permitted by law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising from or related to purchases and transactions with JestheticmedShop.

You must disclose any compensation or incentive received for a review. Feedback may not contain unlawful, defamatory, abusive, obscene, misleading, infringing, or malicious content. We may monitor, edit, reject, or remove Feedback where permitted by law.

Information on the Services may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to descriptions, specifications, prices, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, or availability.
We may correct errors and update information. If a material error affects an order already placed, we may contact you to confirm the corrected terms or cancel the affected order and provide an appropriate refund.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services where reasonably necessary to protect the store, customers, third parties, or our legal rights, or where these Terms are violated.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC MEDICAL, COSMETIC, TREATMENT, BUSINESS, OR FINANCIAL RESULT. PRODUCT RESULTS MAY VARY, AND PROFESSIONAL EQUIPMENT MUST BE USED BY APPROPRIATELY TRAINED PERSONS IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAW AND PRODUCT INSTRUCTIONS.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions. In those jurisdictions, exclusions apply only to the extent legally permitted.
SECTION 18 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JESTHETICMEDSHOP AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR REPLACEMENT COSTS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED THAT SUCH DAMAGES WERE POSSIBLE.
NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE EXCLUDED, INCLUDING LIABILITY THAT APPLICABLE LAW REQUIRES US TO ACCEPT.
Where applicable law does not permit a complete exclusion, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
SECTION 19 - INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless JestheticmedShop, Shopify, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable legal fees arising from:
• Your material breach of these Terms;
• Your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Services;
• Your violation of another person’s rights; or
• Your unlawful, unsafe, or unauthorized installation, operation, resale, or use of a product.
We will provide reasonable notice of an indemnifiable claim and may control its defense and settlement, subject to applicable law. You agree to provide reasonable cooperation.
SECTION 20 - SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is held unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or severed, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
SECTION 21 - WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision or any other right.
These Terms and the policies incorporated by reference constitute the entire agreement concerning use of the Services and supersede prior communications concerning the same subject, except for separate written agreements expressly entered into by us.

Subject to mandatory consumer rights and other applicable laws, any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
